Found this wire behind the bench seat. The connector was plugged into another connector coming out from under the carpet, near the seat belt.
Is it for a seat belt warning/reminder? Where does the stripped wire end attach to?
The wires for the seatbelt switch should be B and W-B. Your picture makes the wires both look G. Are they actually that color? The connector looks right.
Yanked mine out years ago. When I was in the Navy we were told our life insurance would not me paid if we died of a car accident while not wearing a seatbelt. Didn't need a stupid buzzer for that.

It should run behind the rail where the front seat mounts on to the door threshold, to the connector behind the left-side kick panel.
Your image shows a female socket, user provided image of latch shows female socket, you say in the first post it was plugged in... Your loose wires go inside the buckle/latch, probably not easily repaired...
