if i had a tire carrier mine would be much more useful... BUT, its been in the back of my truck since i got it... i keep trash bags in it and instead of having random bottles float around my bed, they go in there...

definitely worth the money... also, you can contribute to TREAD LIGHTLY in the process... WIN!

I really like the green color, so I think I'll go with that.
Even if you don't have a tire carrier, I think its super useful. More than likely it will hang out in my garage most of the time and be my recycling container lol

Well, I had the 4runner all tore down and was ready to throw all this in

But then this happened to my bikes sprocket, making it undriveable

So until my new sprocket comes in, I gotta drive the 4runner with a crappy front end and alignment. Miss my bike already!

Yeah im stoked to be able to drive it without the burnt tire smell!
Sprockets are cheap, but my sprocket is a special order one because it has so many teeth, so it gears the bike really high. Thats why I am able to get a dirtbike up to freeway speeds lol. So it might take a while to come in.

While you're waiting, check out my thread for the links to TRDparts4u so you can get the steering rack bushings for $20... I mean, you're gonna be under there anyways...

Funny you say that, when I had my first lift installed the guy recommended I change those out, so I got him some OEM ones to throw in there. I wonder if these are any different though?

So I think I'm gonna tackle this on Sunday. Its gonna be alot of work, if anyone wants to come over and help me out, that would be awesome. I know I live in the sticks away from most of you, but I'll provide the beer and food! Those upper BJ's are gonna be a PITA

I got work on Sunday 3pm-11pm so, I won't make it... Sorry bro...

Another tip, Total Chaos makes a BJ removing slug set for ~20 bucks... If you order it tonight might get there sat...

Basically let's you use a press OR a large C-clamp to get the BJ out...

So managed to get all the work done myself, minus pressing out the ubj's and putting in inner tie rods.

All tore down, along with my bike
