sounds like it works well for you then. That is great that it operates as you desire and fits your needs for what you made it for. I'll be interested in looking at it in person soon. I love working with wood.
Do you have any plans for dividers in the drawers. So you can organize it up nicer, or do you prefer the two large capacity units for storing. I am planing on build my self a set of drawers for storage. I need to take some measurements and draw them up. Then it will be time to redesign a sleeping platform again.
I will also be starting my build thread soon, which I have heard many members have been wanting to see me put one up for some time now. Should turn out really good now that I have a real nice welder.

honestly? the best idea i've seen is having a plank with a large hinge on it. and then two other planks for legs with hinges... with lock on the hinges so they dont collapse or break. win win.

You could have it slide out from the top and have the support at the end already on it. Flip out might hit the roof as you try to unfold it. If the seats don't lay flat you could make the support leg shorter.

Squaw Ridge is over with, it was awesome as usual. Made it through relatively unscathed, minus a smashed tail pipe and bent tranny crossmember. Oh and my tires rubbed like hell on the way there and back because of my new lift. Ask Space Junk how that burnt rubber smells

^^^ that last picture belongs in the yotatech calendar. lmao
when do you get your new UCA's man? I'm about to call specialized parts planet for a few things. you want me to check if they have a 4.30 e-locked rear axle for a 4Runner?

Wont hurt to ask. Atleast you know where you can get one!
I just called specialized parts planet. They have a 4.30 e-locked rear 4Runner axle in oregon that they can transfer down to rancho cordova for free of charge. the shipping takes 3-4 business days. its 650 dollars with a 150 core charge. ( 800 all together ) So you would need to bring your old axle back ( pull the locker first ) to them to get 150 bucks back. The E-locker axle has zero rust, comes ready to be swapped with your old one and has 129k miles on it.

I doubt it will. they have shops all over the US. If they dont have one, they can check for the nearest... Im almost 100% sure that shipping is free. they have trucks going in and out pretty much all day everyday.
I'd see about getting one soon. 650 bucks and it'll save your 1200 dollar tires. matt and I will make a day trip up to sonora to help ya install it if you got everything needed.
