Full body and no lift makes those 35's look huge! How'd it do with the stock tcase gearing? What do you think about the mtr's?

edit: Is that a ECGS sticker on your passenger mirror? My truck's at their shop right meow!

It did pretty okay. I only had to burn clutch on the first obstacle of the entire day. The rest of the day wasn't too bad. Was still on the clutch but never smelt it. With the HD Marlin Crawler I'm not too worried about ruining it for now. I still can't wait to get my crawler box built and going...

I LOVE THE MTR'S!!!! I was only aired down to my normal 11-13PSI and they did amazing. Didn't slip them once all day.

& Good eye. That is an ECGS sticker! If you go back a few pages you'll see the pictures of the diffs I bought from them back in march. Great service from those guys.

Was finally able to get some seam sealer on the inner fender wells. The silicone could have held up but this stuff is the bees knees

I have been having some leaking issues but I don't believe it has anything to do with the huge holes that I put in the fenders almost a month ago
Afterall, I noticed the carpets were wet when I originally pulled the carpet up before I did any cutting / tubbing.
There are firewall grommets on each side of the truck for engine/ body harness wires. I sliced through them on each side in order to run aftermarket accessories. Thats where my leak has been coming through. Used some normal silicone on those today as well.

UH OH!

Think I added more to this side after the picture..

Tomorrow my rubberized undercoating will be delivered and this will be done!

I think tomorrow I will also raise my in bed toolbox 2" so the spare can once again sit under it. I might pull my passenger side seat for extra cargo space for my trip to Moab. Other then that, I'm just getting ready for said trip to Moab.

Its just silicone caulking. Can get it at any home depot, lowes, ace.. etc..

It rained again last night. No water on the floorboard. SUCCESS!

Finally got the rubberized undercoating in.I just need to let the undercoating dry some more then put the fenders back on. Once I get the fenders on I'm going to head to the hardware store and grab hardware so I can raise the in bed tool box 2".

Also got the interior 100% buttoned up. I've had to leave the kick panels off since I did the tubbing. I absolutely HATE looking at an incomplete ghetto interior. Yea, I can molest the way the outside of the truck looks all I want but when it comes to the inside I like it looking very close to stock.

I only used one can on about 6-7 coats. I've got one extra can for touchups.

Finally got the kick panels re mounted. Just used the flap wheel on my angle grinder and trimmed until they fit.

Yeah the 3M seam sealer is good stuff.
The silicone is good stuff too but isn't as durable.

Got the toolbox raised and the spare tire shoved under it. Won't have to worry about it for a while.
