just fyi, the TG gears are on clearance for $250. If you don't like TG, then to each his own. Just letting you know. Definitely not trying to turn this thread into an MC vs TG affair...we have plenty of those already.

Thanks to my comrade Vitaly I finally got me a set of spare lockouts:

I've heard of IFS taco failures where the CV breaks at the wheel bearing/ hub and takes out the lockout. So these will join my spare lower ball joints, U joints, and CV in my ever growing spare part collection.

There are only two things i love more than your taco
1. My truck (not sure on how much though)
2. My mom... not even sure on that either.

Buying one of my Dual Case adapters tomorrow

Its the one on the right, goes between the reduction box and my stock case.

Still need: Couplers, 23 spline input shaft, 4.7 gearset, front adapter (trans->reduction box), twin stick from marlin.

But this adapter I'm buying is the most expensive piece of the puzzle.

Yep, bought that adapter today.. So now I'm really damn broke..

Anyway. I debadged the tailgate and painted it flat black. Was tired at looking at all the stickers.. I stenciled in "Chicks Dig Body Damage" because I didn't feel like ordering a sticker from the company I got it from. Added a small "Silly Boys... Jeeps Are For Girls!" sticker that I had made by member Pismojoe. Touched up the bumper while I was down there..

After the dual cases.. A sas is about the only thing my truck will be missing. And yes I've considered it. There will come a day.
You must not have read the whole thread though.. Cause you missed post 56 a couple pages back

Problem is I don't have a sterill dust free shop to put it in. My garage has barely enough room to get the truck in.. I want to so badly, trust me.. I figure it'd only take $200 or so for a decent olive drab paint job.. But I don't have the facilities at the moment.
