Yea.The best writeup with pics ive found on the 63s is on pirate. Theres so many different shackle setups you can go with. Eventually im gonna do a sas or blazeland. I really like my ifs and the blazeland kit well set me up higher and still have offroad capabilities. My rig will see alot of daily driving and highways (i know... im a weiner) someday ill have a trail rig but not this one. Plus i hate to abuse my auto tranny to bad.

So is there a difference between tps sensors on years or with different transmission configurations (auto or manual) for 22re's????

If anyone has any input on that, thad be great.

Chris, I know there's a difference on years but not sure on the trans thing. I know I have one or two laying around that are for your year engine. 89+.

I have to clean up the house today but later i will attack the tps issue again. Also gonna fix the exhaust leak at the manifold to exhaust pipe.i replaced both gaskets and still leaks. I dont get it, all 3 nuts are tight evenly and still acts as if theres a gap.Once i get that done i would like to check the fuel pressure to make sure its getting proper pressure. lce makes a cool fitting that adapts to the csi with a gauge which id like to purchase. With my sons summer activities (baseball n cubscouts) and the house and garden it has cut into my build.

Ok, so i found out that 85 has its own tps, then 86-5/89,5/89-90,91-93 so theres 4 possible tps,s you can have that are for designated years as i stated. Maybe this will help someone else out if theyre trying to interchange them.

Having a miss on #2 cyl. The engine was running smoothly until i mistakenly ran the runner out of fuel (sending units no good) . I put 5gallon in it and it fired back up but only hitting on 3 cylinders missing #2 . Has spark to the plug. New densos and wires. So then i swapped plugs with #1 and still the same. Tomorrow i will swap injectors and see what happens. Note my fuel system was very dirty but i thought i had cleaned it pretty well and had the injectors sent off to Rx.

Whats next!!

Your on the right track brother. I bet the injector is the culprit. Keep plugging away and process of elimination and you will kick its butt!!! Give me a ring if you need anything.

if you swap injectors and the miss still remains in the same cylinder maybe there's an issue with the ECU or the wiring to the injector
