I cleaned everything first before I sanded it down. Them I used 60 grit to 320 grit to scuff it all up. Vacuumed all the dust out, then wiped the entire thing down with wax and grease remover. That's it.

If you have the raptor liner, I would say use at least two bottles on the back section to get it nice and thick. I only used one for now. I am planning to go back and do the entire floor and put a 2nd or 3 rd coat on the back

Thanks Terry. I really do not like the look and or feel of the liners with the larger texture pieces in them. Best example I can use it the herculiner stuff. It works good, is affordable, but I just do not like the texture of it.

The only other stuff that I like to use is Durabak. http://www.nonslipcoating.com/

Stuff works awesome! I have used it on a number of vehicles that I previously owned. I swear the stuff would stick to and harden on a piece of oil soaked plastic. haha. The texture of it is very very rough but small particles that have a nice appearance. At least to me it does.

Not certain on the exact PSI but it was around 60 or a little higher. I have noticed that gives it the finer texture.

The rear window isn't nearly as bad as it let on to be. I know I was first intimidated when first started working on them.

Definitely intimidating working on the rear window. There is so much in that circuit. But I can honestly say that after messing with it for so long, its not as frustrating when something goes wrong.

Well I think I finally have my Springs ID'd after trying for forever to figure it out. After receiving the NWOR springs for my buddies project that we are doing, I started to see the strong resemblance to what is on my runner. Everything is Identical to these new NWOR springs, Even the shackles that I have are Identical to theirs. Kind of neat to see and figure this out. As it was making me feel like I would never get it figured out.

There was something crazy like two owners right before me that bought and sold it within a few months. But before that I believe was the guy that had or did the work to it. Supposedly from the info that I got while chasing back previous owners, it was built and from somewhere out west of here.

Thanks.

I saw the forecast. Crazy weather. Snow tonight and then 60's Saturday.

My buddy in Kearney, Ne said it was snowing pretty hard out there a few hours ago when I talked to him.

The temp started to drop and I looked at the guy in front of me and I though he had the worst case of dandruff, boy was i wrong, froze my but off that week, it was a blast from canada.
