Just curious as to which part of Arkansas the truck came from? I am not far from Arkansas.
You are safer using fine grit paper for polishing out a truck. A buffer can get you into trouble quick. Getting it mirror flat takes some patience.

I will have to look at his paper work that he got with it. There are a ton of receipts from an Arkansas Toyota Dealer.
You are right.... I really just need to spend the Time with the wet sanding.

Haven't been here in some time. Had a busy summer so far.
Made it to Moab to visit my
Family!! Wasn't able to take the runner. Couldn't get it ready in time.
Had shoulder surgery. Sucks! Won't be able to do any real work for awhile.
Quickly realized I screwed up and should have went with my original plan of all pros!
I love the OME's but they are not tall enough for the 35's. Or at least my axle would be further forward with the all pros. The tires hit the fender well so easy and so quickly it's crazy.
I'm currently going to get a 4crawler 1" BL and do some trimming as soon as I get my arm back and out of this sling!
Sucks that I can't even take a slight grade off road at an angle without the tires crushing the firewall/fender well.
I'm hoping the 1" BL and some trimming will do the trick.

Hey Mark, just checking in, sounds like youve had a really busy summer! Hope your shoulder heals up quickly, I know how it feels having things that you want to get done, but not being able to work on them.
On your front springs have you considered making a hybrid leaf pack? You could probably use the main leafs from a set of toyota rear springs in combination with leaves from your OME springs. The toyota rear springs being longer eye to eye would move your axel forward and probably eliminate any rubbing issues you have. The draw back would be having to move your steering box forward and possibly needing an aftermarket front spring hanger (moved forward from stock location). I'm sure you've already thought of this, just thought I'd throw it out there.

Ouch on the shoulder surgery, seems like it takes longer to heal then when younger. Hope you get to feeling better soon. I don't have any suggestions for the wheel rubbing.

Well Guys.........as life changes, priorities change and so do my interests. My Twin boys are riding dirt bikes now and I am the only family member without one!! even the wife has one!!
So I will be parting with my Runner this week...........
However........I have something else in the works.... I will update you guys after I get everything all settled.
Been a great ride with this one, but shes going to a great home.

I hate to see your 4 runner go, but I know how it goes with priorities and interests changing. I look forward to seeing what you end up getting (dirt bike?) after parting with the 4 runner!
