3vze auto to manual

i just did the 3vze auto to manual trans swap.
all you need is;
clutch bracket
slave cylinder
master clutch cylinder
clutch line
manual tranny
crossmember
shifter sensor from auto tranny
clutch
flywheel
the stock ecu will work fine.
you will have to get the rear driveshaft cut and lenghtened because the auto tranny is 3in longer than the manual one.

What kind of "grinding" is it? Grinding between gears, or grinding all the time?

Could be that you damaged the gears from running it with no oil.

Could be that your clutch isnt fully engaging. You need to adjust the slave cylinder rod or clutch pedal to get full travel.

How can I put the cruise control and 4wd back into operation after swapping from auto to manual in a 3vz?

Despite having the electrical diagram, I have not been able to put these elements to work, help
