Lance, did we let the TTORA guys know that we are no longer wheeling with them? I know that some of us are signed up on their forum as well. And I don't want to have them counting us into runs if we aren't going to be there.

CB CH # 10 for Travelers on the Road. We will adjust as needed if that channel is already being used.

Matt, I already told em that we are doing our own thing on Saturday. I've told em to check the list on the first page to get an accurate headcount to subtract from their list.

You really should look into getting your CB tuned or something, Eric. It was crazy how close I needed to be to talk to you on the run last weekend.

mikey, we'll all be camping together in one big happy family. I'm not certain on the size of the campsite though so hopefully Darrin can chime in again.

Someone going up early will need to reserve a spot for me! I'll be heading up late as usual. Thanks

Looks like I will be missing this run. My son was born on sat morning, and is now in the Neo-natal ICU with infant jaundice due to my wife and me having opposite blood types. I am used to this because my daughter had the same thing.

If he gets out tomorrow ( very slim chance) I will come. More likely he will get out closer to the weekend, in which case I will spend time at home with him.

I am bummed about missing this one, but my priority is here.

Yeah, Marc! Congrats, man! I'm bummed if you aren't going to make it because it means I will probably miss Rover's first run if it's any later in the year...

Tomorrow night I am going to look into changing up my antenna cable run and length to see if I can get it to work a bit better. I am also going to check my grounds. You should come on over to see if it does any good. Maybe Seth can bring his meter to help me tune this thing?

Seth?????? This would be worth at least one beer my friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats marc, sorry to hear that about your son. Those NICU nurses and docs are absolutely amazing though! My son had to spend almost 2 weeks in theNICU when he was born, they definately do an amazing job!

If you can't find anyone to loan you a SWR meter, I can bring mine to BB and you can do it there.

Cheers

Thanks!
I will be a party of one. I think someone from Santa Barbara wanted to ride shotgun with me and take photos but I think he may be on TTORA not here (no...I can't remember right now) I am undecided on the trails. I want to do Holcomb but I think John Bull and Dishpan may be beyond my current rig setup and they have teamed those runs together in the hard category. We ran Holcomb with several 4th gens a month or two ago without too much problem (well except for one cracked transfer case). I was the one who did not go thru as I was the tail gunner and had to run back into town to get supplies to make repairs to the transfer case of the rig stuck on Holcomb.

I also did not realise you guys were running separate from the "main party" so I wanna hang with you guys on trails but I guess that remains to be seen.

Lance - I may meet up with ya on Friday evening for the trip up, but I have your cell number so I'll ring you Thursday if that's what I can swing.

Thanks (again) for your organisation.

Cheers
Mark

I guess Turboale should be in the area today. Haven't been able to reach him on his phone, has anyone else talked to him about his plans?

Hey guys, just got off the phone with Tanto. It sounds like Turboale is running a little behind and won't be in SD until late tonight, so no get together tonight. I'm sure we can work something out for tomorrow, we'll see whats up.
