~flat battery
~water in fuel
~body damage
~broken taillight
~dodgy window regulators
~no reverse or 5th gear in transmission

~broken rear shocks (1 broken shaft, 1 punctured body)

Shame on me for not checking the oil levels everywhere before driving it home. sheesh.
fixed!

My 4x4 indicator light doesn't work, gotta take a look at that.

Only had the rig for about a month... but this is what I know of:
-Rip in driver seat cloth, from the major but wear off the fat guy I bought it from.
-Shifter console is loose, shifts fine though.
-Passenger side rear window motor is busted.
-Driver side rear window is straight missing.
-Fan shroud cracked on first owner and he took it off, and now it resides in the trunk.
-And I'm quite sure I pulled some water into the rear differential breather, but she's been fine so far.

All in all I love the beast.

in one outing i broke a birfield, flipped and bent trailmaster lift springs (bump stops...nexttime), broke my frame in the rear, siezed the motor, fried my alternator from too much winching, burned the starter wire, rescued a damn jeep cherokee, who later helped pull me out. needless to say i gained the repect of the guys with the jeeps. this was all from a 15 minute game of follow the leader in some crazy ditches and swamp. 6 hours of recovery, because we refused to give up. oh, 2 weeks later the motor was started with only 20 minutes of work and i got to drive big red 200 feet with a smile until it stopped...

you have a bad ground on the left side of your truck. i found my bad ground at the taillight plug after pulling the lens. the rotted ground made the power go through my reverse lights too when i hit the brake. crazy problem simple fix. i just ran a new ground to the bed and soldered on the wire. it made all the lights brighter. hope this helps if you haven't fixed it yet.

I dug into it. The switch is broken. Sounds like a trip to Toyota dealership.
