where is your CB radio mounted?

im looking for a good place to mount my cb but these yotas are so small inside i wanna see where other people have mounted them first

I mounted through the roof....it doesn't look the best but I have a few ideas on how to make it look better. It is very nice though having the over head position.

As of right now the wires are exposed but I know it would be easy to route them through the ceiling and over to the door jam. I have them going into the door jam but I haven't modified the map light cover to route them trough yet.

Nice ammo box....i got several as well they are a pain to open but they are soooo so nice to have around.

Took the ash tray out, and the mounting plate, and cut some plastic in the back, and used 3m double sided tape, the thing is rock solid and wont even budge.

The ash tray is probably the best spot depending on the CB you get and whether or no you use your ash tray or not.
I didnt use mine so I had to relocate my change to somewhere else lol
