I used Autopal, too/. So.. you used the 90/100W bulb? From Autopal itself?

Yeah, the place i ordered the housings from gave me a choice of bulbs. It was only like $6 extra for the 100/90w bulbs over the regular 55w bulbs. The link is in my build thread.
