Pictures from my Sliver Lake Dune trip last month
Picked up the Bed Cap from a dude on the way up to Michigan. $50 Craigslist Score!!!
(she's sitting a little low in the rear, replacement leafs are on order...)
camp ground for the day
Not having done such a long distance in the truck before (it was about 1200 miles round trip) I was a bit worried, but she ate the miles up like it was nothing!

Here's my junk. 102,000 original miles. Payed $1000 for it. Going to get a new frame for it, SAS, 3ish inches of lift so I can fit 33's, build a new flatbed that's not wood, heavy duty front bumper, get rid of the rust, and then paint it. Not sure if I wanna make it an olive green color, black, or white

It was a blast! Although I didn't have the suspension or power to make it up any of the big dunes, it was still super fun. I lived in Michigan Until I went to college, and haven't been back since then. I forgot how may "seasonal road" there were up there. Nothing like the making a wrong turn, then having the GPS take you on a 1/2 hour mini adventure down sandy two track trails.

Picked this up the other day. Drove a 03 Tacoma for years and missed it. Had to get back into a yota pickup. Got her home and had an issue with over heating. Well turns out the head gasket was blown! I was pissed but after its said and done I will have a solid motor with only 85k on the clock! Please ignore the pink wheels lol.

87 Toyota Pickup
Got some real mud on the pickup for the first time last week. I've done a bit of urban wheeling in town, but nothing too challenging (for a yota at least). I can't wait to take it to Colorado someday!
