As for the Bumper.....
1) This is how it looks initially... Its a local made here (North Borneo) specially for Pajero...

2) Another angle for the Bumper.... and me... haha...

3) Since surf is going to be in the workshop for long time for full suspension system conversion, decided to mod the bumper while tools is around and surf is sitting idle. That guys is not me... He's the welding chef...

As for the Headlight...
1) Started from an aftermarket clear glass headlight...

2) Plastidip painted the reflectors and mount the projector...

3) As you can see, the projector is plug and play. The mounting kits and nut comes together with the projector..

4) Re-heat the existing adhesive and simply put back the glass and its clip, done... Bulb for this projector is H1 mount...

5) Low Light at about 30ft away... The purple/bluish lines on cut off is not photographic CA error... it is how it is... There is a glare of a rainbow on the road surface about 10ft from the car... kind a cool effect from retrofitsource lens... Btw, I have adjusted the alignment side to side to light it wide...

6) Highlight at about 30ft away...

Forgive me I don't have step by step photograph for headlight retrofitting and I hope ya all get the general idea of how is...

It's due to RD drive vehicles vs. LH drive. The shape of the beam pattern is different to allow you to see signs on the roadside (among other things). And see as we all don't drive on the same side around the world, automakers have to compensate with the reflector design based on what region the vehicle will be sold.
DS/PS are identical, the difference is the LHD pattern puts a little light upwards on the right side of the road to illuminate signs and the RHD pattern puts light up on the left side. If you had RHD head lights in the states, you would be shooting light in peoples faces as they passed you head-on and the signs to your right would be dark.

built 22re,supra afm,bored throttle body,over sized injectors,all smog and egr removed,plosihed and ported intake manifold book matched to cylinder head.k&n airfilter, custom aluminum intake tube,
ported and polished head,lce big valve kit,lce pro valve spring kit,lce stage 2 cam,lce ajustable cam gear,lce dual timing chain kit,bored .10 over forged pistons and rods balanced crank,lce pro water pump and oil pump.lce pro header,lce bullit proof motor and trans mounts,over sized 3 row full metal radiator, solid mount flex fan,200amp chevy alt.v6 p.s pump 1200 cc amp gel batt.with custom built box,v6 mastercylinder, built 5 speed (from a friends class 7),stage 2 clutch,chain drive tranfercase swap.



misc....full custom crew cab topper built by me (5 seats sealed cab w/4' bed from a stock topper custom switch panel feeding indepedent relays directly from battery(no robbing the already under feed factory fuse box.)for offrad lights and acc.w/ a full time hot 12v power supply,custom built shorten and modified angle shifters.(for one hand on the wheel and one on shifter all the way back in your comfy seat driving),13"grant steering wheel.hi low switch for heater blower.so i can still use defrost.custom 6.5" speaker mounts in front kick panels,6x9's in rear.
