Yeah that second Y shaped box should go too (that is the actual silencer) that triangle shaped box you took off is just the coupling/attachment pt. for it.

Here's that silenser you are talking about - no longer needed. The hose that is connected to it will now be connected to one the ISR pipe bib.

Is it possible to put a y-splitter in the original bib and then run the hose from the crankcase along with the hose that goes to the silencer to it?

I suppose you can do it but my concern is the oil coming from the crankcase/valve - it might get sucked in to wherever that intake/silencer hose is going into.
