Rotor sticking?

Rotor sticking?
Bought my 85' runner a couple weeks ago, noticed the front passenger side tire was worn badly on the outside.. I rotated it to the back and put another up front. Now about a week and a half or so later I'm starting to notice the same pattern forming on the tire. The truck pulls mildly to the right at highway speeds and much more severely during braking. would a sticky rotor be the culprit? to me it explains the highway pull but not so much the braking pull although Im no expert. when I was rotating tires I noticed the front passenger hub harder to spin than the left and that rotor and pads were worn substantially more than the drivers side...the brake line looks ok starting to show a little dry rot but its not collapsed or anything. should I grab a new line, caliper, rotor and pads? or......I drive up and down a mountain to the local ski hill frequently so this is going to wreak havoc on my tires until I get it sorted out....

Is there a lot of corrosion on the caliper? Could be, as you guessed, a stuck caliper dragging on the rotor. Since you say it's harder to rotate. This can also be bad bearings though. Or it can also be the opposite, that the left side isn't doing anything causing the right to do the majority of front braking. This could also explain the pull when braking. I'm not saying this is the case, just something else to be aware of.
Now this doesn't necessarily explain your tire wear. That could be any number of things. Bearings, alignment, ball joints, tie rods, etc. Be sure to check these things as well.

post a pic of the tire wear. sounds like an alignment problem. to much toe in if the outside of the tire is worn. could be other things like a bent housing , wheel bearings, trunion bearings , track bar bushings etc
get an alignment done.
a seized caliper is not going to cause uneven tire wear.
its possible you have 2 problems, alignment and a brake issuse.
to check the calipers, remove the front tires and with either a big pair of channel locks or pry bar, try to push in the pistons on the brake caliper. all should go in. you may have a siezed caliper.

So it was toe in pretty bad...caster is off by over a degree though with the passenger wheel behind. The bushings are pretty worn out on the stabilizer bracket that holds it on. So im gonna grab a new adjustable one next week and fix the caster...also wheel bearing was really bad so he repacked them both and now it dosent pull while braking, only mildly while cruising because of the caster....
Thanks for all the input guys
