I know, at least it started happening on the way home. Pulled my plugs and they're carbon covered, so I'm running rich, but when I adjust the mix screws to fully closed, the truck still runs, but roughly. I gave up on it for the night and will swap it for a different carb later in the week to see what happens since I want to go out again next weekend or even during the week.

and it doesn't help that it is on the back bumper. It barely sticks over the roof

yea...true that! Im looking for ways to mount the antenna onto the TJM w/o drilling a hole in it. ive heard also not to cut the antenna cord b/c it will lose strength or something like that. Can i just roll it up ?..LOL

Don't roll it up. Instead, make a 12" long loose skein (figure 8 loop) out if the excess and tie it in the center. This way you won't make a magnetic choke in the wire and keep the RF interference to a minimum. I have to do the same thing before I tune the one in my truck.

I'll let you know about future wheeling, maybe next weekend if I can swing it.

ERIC! I was dieing to check out your runner and take her for a spin, I've never felt so hurt being stood up by a dude before... haah! none the less I guess there isn't much I can do other then track you down in Richmond and go for a cruise down belviedere or something.

Here is a sample pic

go here for a bunch of thumbnails and pics, I may have gotten a bit carried away with the 3FPS feature... none the less it was a great introduction for me, loved it.
