That's the same strap we used today. My buddy slid into a muddy rut, and I had to pull him out.

I borrowed the 25 Ft strap from a friend, along with a 2" Receiver adapter with a large eyelet for the strap, and another large eyelet to hook to my friends 'runner. I was in 4L, and just idled in 1st, and it was enough to pull him out.

Not sure if you've seen this thread, or even posted in it, but to my recollection, there is a wealth of good info:

Rockstomper - http://www.rockstomper.com/catalog/recovery/straps.htm - has some nice gear at decent prices:

Right now I'm using a 3"x30' superwinch strap with leather loops and it's held up well. I really like the 30' length. 20' is too short for a lot of pulls. I tend to need the straps when I'm loaded to the gill, so that's why I prefer the added safety of the 3" strap.

I have a 2"x6' tree saver now and am going to get the 3"x10'.

I like my 3''x40' Canyon Crawler strap. It has a little bit of elastic and is really thick. Always get a strap that is longer and thicker than you think is necesary, they never seem to be long enough or strong enough when you're really stuck.

I just called them and ordered a big tree strap and snatch block. They answered the phone on the first ring. I'll report on the strap when it arrives - oooohhh that sounds exciting!
