Value for a 1983 Toy Trailblazer

Hi everyone, I recently came across an 83 Toyota Trailblazer in a somewhat abandoned/dilapidated warehouse. I first thought it was a pickup, but after closer inspection and finally making contact with the owner, it's a real deal Trailblazer. It was parked and left some time in the 90's. It's a bit rough inside and out (passenger side is covered in bird poop), but the owner says it has about 70k original miles and he has the title (he bought it new). He says it's missing the radiator but everything else should be there. We plan on really checking it out in greater detail in the near future. What do you all think would be a fair price for this beauty that needs a makeover? Thank you all in advance and I hope to hear from you.

Yeah, I really hope to be able to make a deal on it. I would hate for it to get more damaged or totaled as a result of it being there. The roof on this place has caved in in some spots. On that note, I want it for a fair price.

Zero rust, the exterior seems to be the worst but I’m hoping it will clean up well. He has not given me a number but says he is interested in selling due to health issues.

The paint is faded on the hood, don’t know what it looks like under the poop.

I would also say .. depends on your location .
fully restored , to EXCELLENT condition at auction , you could maybe see 30-35K

Are you able to drag it out and give it a good rinse and see the full scope of what it needs before offering?

It can be pulled out after clearing the way, there's a ton of debris all around. The building unfortunately has no utilities.

Thank you, you were not too far off from what I was thinking. I had 7k in mind, but I'm no expert.
