1) arb bumper

2) custom rear bumper (along the likes of allpro, etc..)

3) something else you think would be worth while

Depends... are you wanting something more practical or something that will enhance the exterior more. Are you going to add lights and a winch to the arb? if so then that would be doing both, if you add the rear you could get a rear spare holder/gas can holder/cb antenna... tough decision...

my vote is for the arb, b/c for me, my truck looks stock from the outside except for the tires, but even then they are the stock size...

Just do it

Good protection against all the things that go bump during the night and day.

You can tell where I cast my vote.

Go for the ARB

That's what I'd do if I had the $. Do the rear later and do a plate style like that sweet one on the Dark red 2nd gen in AZ with the big lift (SAS I think) Corey knows who I mean. Can you post a pic Corey?

Ahhh, you mean Mike H's bumper.
Very rad bumper, and very rad 2nd gen.

That is how my rear one will look when I get around to getting one.

That's the one!

I knew you'd know. That's the same sort of thing I want for mine, except I plan to sweep the back up more for even more clearance. I don't plan to have a hitch and will have a location for recovery shackles. Have you seen the front and rear bumpers made by Trailready for the Jeep GC? I wish they made one for the 2g 4R. I particularly like how their front "expedition" bar wraps around the front of the fenders.

Here's a link
