Bike Rack/ Storage Box
Just finished my in bed bike rack/ storage box and thought I would post a few pictures. I used 3/4 in. scrap plywood and 4 drawers I saved from a desk we gave away.
Unpainted
Painted and installed
Closer (out of focus) view. I used Chris King headset caps for drawer pulls.

In the sides of the bed there are slots that fit a 2X lumber across. I build up the plywood to fit in the slot so it keeps the box from sliding. I can still lift it out if I need to.

Man! the drawer pulls are probably the priciest thing about it-do you work in a bike shop, or just trash a lot of headsets?
