No, I don't think I've ever seen that. Why you ask?

I didn't even see that. Doesn't help it out any, terrible.

Went kamping/wheeling this weekend. With Al 84 Toy and another friend.

Stuck on the beach

There will be more to come from this trip.

It was actually a mini roll pan project that he did at Wyotech. He then made it into the hood scoop after that.

I took the bumper off of the truck last night. It was all twisted up and ugly lookin. Gonna do the valve adjustments today, spray off the the front suspension to watch for the oil leak. I am also thinkin about converting the square headlights to the old round ones. I don't think it would be that hard to do.

Here are some more pics from the weekend.

Well the valves didn't need adjustment, tight as can be. Threw a timing light on it and its wayyyyy outta time. I think it jumped a tooth or two. But good news, I found a parts truck that I get fo faree. Its a ifs truck. Front end collision, total loss. Good motor, tranny, and t-case. Plus lots of other parts that we can use for my truck and my dads truck too. Then prolly build a hevy built krawler from the kab and frame. Itll all be good in the end

Alright, time for an update. Checked the valve lash, perfectly fine. Threw a timing light on it and........the timing chain was installed wrong by the PO or jumped a tooth sometime between the rebuild and the time that I got it. Lamer!! It definitly explains why there is a backfire and excessive fumage from the exhaust. Time for a new powerplant soon. I want a diesel but not sure what I wanna do yet. I still have a little while before I make the decision.

That seems to be a good one. My old man told me about one that bolts right to the toy tranny. But he cant remember which engine or even where he read it
