Tons of history to check out too. Mines, cabins, stamp mills, old hot springs, lots of bad azz stuff.

That sounds fun, most of the stuff around here are old gold mines with huge tailing piles to conquer.

I was going to that same swap. I have seen it done, it gets pretty tight. Shouldnt be too hard though, get the adapter plate from advanced adapters. You will want to change your 3rds to v6 for more strength. But overall shouldnt be too hard if you know what you are doing and take the time to do it properly.

That should be sweet.

I was picking at some of the rust on my truck, a bad habbit of mine, and found that the rear passenger side bed valance was bing held together with a skim coat of bondo on the outside and a thick a$$ coat of roofing tar on the inside. There was almost no metal left there, just rust. Now I have a bigger rust hole in the side of my bed.

None taken my friend. Everything rusts out here, some more than others. I'd like no rust but, I like Colorado more, no offense.

I hear ya bout that. I ran out of money for the time being, and in between jobs. It needs more mods I'd agree and they are coming.

Here are some pics of my dang rusty floor. I peeled up the sound buffer and found more.

This is part of the inner fender fire/wall that is rusted through.

This stuff peeled off in sheets

This is the catch for the little bit of time that I spent on it.

I will finish up in the morning. After that patch up the rusty kick panel and prep the floors for some bed liner. I'm thinkin' about using Herculiner.

hey i like your pickup, it is sweet. i love the antennas also, i run two of them myself and get many looks haha i found this though so that you can run your cb antenna as a radio antenna, you should check it out.

http://www.firestik.com/CatalogFrame.htm

you have to click on mounts and accesories then go down and click on the splitter.

Sweet, thanks man. I will definitly have get one of those. I am going to end up moving those the rear bumper, cuz I am going to put a camper shell on it.

We went on a fishing trip today and it turned into an exploration trip. Did a little messing around, the pics are kinda chitty, cuz they are cell pics.
