But your truck is cool, in a kind of ruthlessly efficient way!

Built for go, not for show.
Ive had 160psi in the tanks for 24 hours with no leaks. But thanks for the concern!
Going back there on the 29th. Whole different game without the snow. That hill is usually a easy 2wd hill. I know its a haul, but your welcome to join. Haha.

Yeah the tanks were a good find, there were 2 sets in the the dumpster, Im kicking my self for not grabbing the other one too.
Almost got all the parts to get the rear end together. Got the sky 63 kit, with U bolt flip and some new bushing. All I need now is shocks and mounts.

Rufs. I have a set of 48" rears to that Im going to use in a bastard pack with my Downeys. Shooting for a flat pack and plan on notching the frame. Shooting for 2-3 inches of lift.

Thanks! I try to get out at least once a month, Hopefully do a little trail ctting next weekend, then my clubs next run is on the 29th. Im pretty excited.
Also made up a quick cardboard template of my switch panel. I wanted to leave room to add more switches down the road if I need to. It still need final trimming once I can test fit it into the truck.

Got my in cab switches mounted:

Used 3 pins of a 4pin trailer connector for a quick release in case I need to take the winch off.

My girlfriend was driving and knocked off the exhaust off...twice. So I decided to fix it for the last time. Took out the cat and welded the Flowmaster right to the down pipe with a small turn down after it. Sits much higher and tucked up now.

Little bump and go.

Next club run is the 29th! Should have some action shots then.

Because I want to lock the front, And the IFS and 35s will not hold up to that. For or less than the price of RCVs, I can get a solid axle under it that will flex better and allow me to run bigger tires. It still wont happen for a while. Im leisurely collecting parts, but mostly im waiting for something major to go wrong with the IFS first.
If there was a cheaper option for stronger CVS, I would defiantly stay IFS.

What about the SupraLux 8" ifs Upgrade with a locker or LSD?? something to think about.. No matter what I love your truck and its nice to know 35's will fit with no lift and that IFS can kick @$$ offroad....

Oh Lawd thats a nice roomy Garage!
