Hey thanks man. The truck currently resides at my parents house in royalton, due to lack of storage space in Morrisville.

Well have to meet up and wheel a bit this summer!

Class 4 roads are usually a good place to start, just dont tear them up to bad before they dry out. Sure way to get them closed.

All the good stuff is mostly on private land. Being part of an off road club like GreenMountainCrawlers (Im a member) , VTJeep, or NorthCounrtyRockSolid helps get access to the good stuff.

I'm new to all of this truck lifting, but I have a 94 Toyota pickup that I am running 32x11.50 on and I bought a 3'' body lift and a 3'' bj spacer and going to crank my torsion bars and I was going to see if I would be able to run 35x12.50 on it with no rubbing? Thanks

That should work. Will also depend on the wheels backspace, but thats a lot of lift. Have you thought about gearing?

Read through this, all you answers can be found here YotaTech 86-95 FAQ

Bobbed bed is a must for off road. I would drag my stock bumper and trailer hitch all the time. I still hit the leafsprings on things, but dont have to worry about the bed anymore!

Heres a side pic stock with 33s.

Then bobbed with the 35s.

When you drop off anything taller than your tire, youll wish it was bobbed.

On a side note, I went wheelin this weekend and will post pics when I get them. Also picked up a set of donor doors for half doors.

Cut about 13 inches off the bed and 1 off the frame. I used a plasma cutter, but a cutoff wheel would work fine. There should be some pics of where I cut on page 1. If not there are here: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f88/...garage-203258/

And heres the recent wheelin pics!

Jim on the strap

Thats all for now!

Lookin good, bud! Like it both ways, 33's/stock and 35's/bobbed... But bottom line, YOU LOVE IT and you're getting tons of use out of it and it fits YOUR needs/Fun Calendar, perfectly! hahaha

Added a brace to the bumper:

Made a cover for the winch.

Now welding with this:

A while ago I found an old set of tanks in a scrap pile. I pulled them out, cleaned them up and made them the air tanks for OBA. I just need a compressor and Im all set.

And did a little wheelin.

Whoops.

Had to walk out to get a saw, lucky we were just up in the woods on my parents property. Other than a new dent on the bed (can you really tell anymore, haha) it didnt hurt anything.

Looks like you guys sure have some fun up there-you post more wheeling pictures than anybody else on Yotatech! I think I was supposed to be a New Englander-born, raised, and still live in NJ, but I spend all my time in the mountainous part of the state and I love the cold and the snow-especially wheeling in it
