Ran into a bit of delay here. Went to finally bring the truck inside and the shop door is frozen shut!!! To much ice build up at the bottom, We salted the hell out of it and should be able to get it in tomorrow.

On better news had a great convo with Bud Built this morning. New skid is on the way!! Also have a new bomb proof tranny mount coming from TG. Hopefully ill have some better progress pics for tomorrow!

Where I left off

Injectors clean. 7th one is how they started.

All thats left now is radiator, battery and tranny.

Hi lift mount. Its made out of the scrap from bobbing the bed.

Rear Bumper is 2x3 1/4 wall. Welded 'tween the frame rails.

Hilift mount and bumper were built last april. We tested the bumper by strapping the truck to a big tree and tried to drive away. Passed with flying colors.

And the new stuff. Budbuilt v6 5speed single case cross member and skid plate. Cant wait to get this thing on!

Under the hood is all set. Got the broken bolts of the frame with a little heat and the vice grips. Tranny will go in soon! Rear axle seal is leaking, ordered the marlin ones.

Thanks! I like the 3.0, its a good motor for what I need it to do. The injectors all had about 148k on them. I mixed and matched the with all the ones I had to find the best looking ones.

Rear axle is all back together. Tranny is in, just need to finish a few loose ends. And the barn door is still frozen shut. Hopefully next weekend I can drive it out.
