Damn I didn't realize you had commented prior to your last one. Thanks for replying. And glad you're restoring your rig. These are all classics in my opinion. And it makes me happy to seeing a sexy runner on the street.

Sorry to hear about the storm. I love storms out here in CA. I like rain and the cold. And usually, for me, that means snow up at big bear mountain. Meaning snowboarding season is coming up as it gets closer and closer to December woot woot! Lol

As for the no money... I look forward to see what happens when you do get some. I on the other hand got stocked up on 1st gen 4runner parts this past weekend. Super rare find at the junk yard now days so I took advantage. I just posted a video and typed out a list of everything I bought for you guys that keep up with my updates.

Oh yea that sounds pretty scary lol 4 cities wow. This time last year we had winds pick up to almost 75mph and knocked down tons of trees and power lines in the city of San Gabriel. My band members who live out there didn't have power for 3&1/2 weeks lol that sucked for them. Not to mention no practice for a month haha.

Just seeing how things are coming along for you. In my younger days would of tried something like that off of a bridge. Life gets a little rough without power, you dont realize it until it is gone and then everything seems to revolve around it.

yup pick up a book an enjoy reading need the loo? flashlight time lol
it all got fixed we had to eat out that night which i enjoyed :-D golden corral much awesomeness

kris is thinking we can yank the rear axle this weekend an do several things
1. zuk mod springs, need to make the retainer on top of the leafs as the PO removed the bump stops usually used to hold the coils in place
2. backing plates, since they are in such terrible shape and then go through an lube the Ebrake cables after the plates then we can finally full bleed the system

i cringe at the further issues were gona find but have ta face it eventually

ahh the T5 or#74 LED's arrived today!

now they did need a bit of work to fit the tabs on them are a tiny bit bigger than the normal sockets but a couple gentle rubs with a file to open the slot of the dash hole an pop they were in then i checked polarity looking inside the little things one side has the resistor which came out as the + side an for a quick test BRRR 34 degrees out side thank you for no wind!

**off** yes that little white square is the light

and **ON**

using my old pc powersupply which was working the electrolis tank i knew it would provide 12V dc
now to install it an make sure things like the 4x4 an rear door lights (which are these LED come on one of the harness clip points in the cluster has no retaining tabs i hope it doesnt give me issues later on

Damn those things look bright as hell.
Hey I don't know what color you plan to make your dash. But if you are curious to know what white looks like check out my Led dash thread. It's in my signature. Just to give u an idea of what it looks like.
