Great time Terry...and yes...bottomless mud and sand, someone said down the river theres a old bronco 2 buried in the sand so bad all you can see above the surface of the sand is like 4 inches of the roof. They must of left it stuck and then it rained or something.Ill have to see if i can get a pic of it.

Made some headway on my truck this morning, had a freind stick weld my tubes and hanger with 3/32 7018, did a good job. So i went ahead and put the springs and axle under it and went to mount it but i realized i dont have ubolt plates. I could make my own,but i might check and see whats available.

Looking good Chris, nice to see that front axel under there!

I still need to get a u-bolt flip kit for my front axel, I reused the original ubolts and brackets that came with the 85 axel because I was on a tight budget at the time, but man those things are rock anchors!

Nice work buddy. Good idea on cutting that arm to relieve the tension. I would not have thought of that

Ive had to cut pitman arms off before (I cut vertically tho). Knowing that, Ive sprayed mine down a couple times with PB Blaster over the past few months hoping it will be easy to take off when the time comes lol. Which reminds me, I need to do it again lol.

Looking good.
