Ha, looks like you're leaving just in time to get away from some fires, too. We're up in the nice weather in Flagstaff right now, but we were seeing the news last night saying it was still 101* at 10pm!

Glad to see you made it safe and sound. You've still got loads of time to get her winter ready.

Wow been a while....haha Nick that sux for you bro...so glad I didn't have to live thru another one of those

Made it to Chi. safe and sound....been thru so much crap since ariving. 3 different apartments...all of my cars getting towed...including the runner... fighting landlords...long story short I haven't had much time for yotateching but decided to do a little bit of an update today.

The Legacy was having moisture problems due to rain getting all over the coil and plug wires...I decided to fix that while she used the runner to get some groceries. When she pulled up....ppppsssshhhhhh brake fluid leaking all over the place. Luckily she made it home safe but unfortunately this means the runner was out of service So had to change the 2 main brake lines on the passenger side stretching from front end to rear axle. I've never done this before....and I also am not suppose to be working on the truck in the apt. complex.lol Well I did it....not too hard. Had to be quick about it so it didn't look too pretty but it got the job done. One day when I have the space and the time I will re do it and remove the old lines which are still installed yet not being used. Maybe I'll take some pics and show the quick sloppy job I did. For now here is a few pics of the trip...I'm not gonna sit here and post the 300 pics we have just a couple. Hope to be back to workin on the rig soon.

Good bye Phoenix...

Glad you are doing well.

Are there houses with a garage for a reasonable price/rent over there?

Thanks bone...I finally switched over to IL. Licence so I start on monday. They should really update the written test....its stupid easy.

nothing out here is cheap. Also hard to find big enough garages....most older homes out here have a one bay...2-3 bays =$$$$
Condos and town houses are cheaper and have a garage....but most of the time you share it with your neighbor.

Well actually I was born here. Lived in az about 8 years just thinking about home the whole time. I missed the greenery....I missed the leaves changing color in fall....I missed being 30min away from a busy downtown....and most of all I missed being part of a world renowned city that actually meant something.

Oh and my gf job made it easy cause they have a main office here that she transfered to so in the end in at all worked out.

so whats step on in rust prevention?? Lol
