Looking good Roni and cleaning up the slop in the steering probably made it feel like new again. Now that you have the BL done, you need some more armor...(ahem!)...when the $$'s there and the "R" on your primary stick works as it should, of course. Anyhow, the progress is definitely thought out and coming along nicely.

Thanks Ted. Armor need in deed!! I'm thinking sliders like really soon! Way too many close calls on my last run in Sedona. I'd like them to be as tucked in as possible. I like yours they came out great. Very nice man...have you REALLY used them yet??

So after washing my grandmas car..(I keep that thing SUPER clean 1995 Camry 125k miles looks and feels brand new!) I found some time to throw on another coat of Herculiner. Man I love that stuff! I had a few scratches from hauling motors, diffs, junk....bodies...you know the usual. Stuff works great ....also threw some in the rear wheel wells and on the manual hub key that my GF's dad made me lol. As for the front wheel wells I will be ordering new wheel well liners from toyota along with a wheel well liner cover thinga majig for the rear to cover up the new gap made by the body lift. I have the part numbers saved somewhere on here.(I'll post more on that when the time comes.)

PICS
1995 Camry

Herculiner

THE MANUAL HUB KEY(laugh if you want but when it's cold and your fingers hurt from having to lock/unlock hubs I'll be using my freegin awesome key!)

You bet I have...and not just on the rocks eithers. The kick out allows for a handy place to step up to reach things on the roof to. But they've saved me a couple times from rocker panel damage that would've otherwise made me cry.

Nice. I was thinking I don't like the look of that kick out BUT with the lift and 33"s getting to the roof rack has become more of a challenge. So I think my sliders will have to have that as well. I know what you mean about crying I would be the same way!

Thanks man I agree. I can't wait to cover that gap though!

My tags expire the end of May and I know the truck will fail emmissions. After discussing it with the GF we decided that the money saved on the car will go to a new exhaust system!

What's on there now leaks all over so instead of replacing it with something used and just as old ill get it done right this time. (It's been replaced before)

Just orderd LCE headers along with full exhaust including cat.

Ill post pics and video soon. For now here's a couple pics from yesterday. I guess the crown king trail is burning right now! I heard the old crown king saloon burnt down already! Sux..

I just looked it up right now on abc 15....said that every structure in crown king has been destroyed! They evacuated yesterday and its still burning I believe! Wow big loss for off roaders and town residents. I don't think anyone was hurt so that's good.

I just read this article from this morning:

The Gladiator Fire about 4 miles north of Crown King ignited on private land next to the Prescott National Forest in the Bradshaw Mountains. Yavapai County authorities said Sunday night that the town was not directly threatened by the wind-stoked fire, but a mandatory evacuation order remained in place.

Sheriff's spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn said in a release that most of the town's 350 residents had chosen to remain in town despite the order.

The fire damaged two buildings and was burning on about 300 acres, he said. There were no estimates on containment.

Authorities set up a command center in front of the Crown King General Store, said store owner Carol Boles, who was making sandwiches for firefighters Sunday evening.

"Some of these guys didn't get their dinner before they were called up here," she said.

The fire overtook a portion of Crown King Road, making the road to the mountain town inaccessible, a Yavapai County Sheriff's Office statement said. Deputies were directing residents to leave the area on other roads, and authorities have set up a shelter at Mayer High School.

Here is the whole article which talks about all 5 fires in the state right now:

I heard it started from an eletrical problem at one of the houses that was damaged.

And that the Sunflower fire is thought to be caused by a lightening strike. I didn't hear anything about how the others may have been started though.

Fingers crossed that everyone comes out ok and that the damage is minimal. Crown King had some huge wildfires just 4 years ago that destroyed 9,629 acres, cost of $5.3 million, torched five homes, a sawmill and 12 outbuildings
