After several several offload trips, I finally decided to shorten up the rear. Mostly to eliminate the portion of the truck that was suffering the most damage.
Here is a link to the pics.

Also included making a new spare tire mount for the bed.

Wow.. just spent the time i had to work on rebuilding my engine tonight. Was planning to post some pics of my 3.zero but instead i spent it reading and staring at the pics in this thread.
Thanks so much for taking the time to keep this thread updated. Not many posters do (im guilty).
Very inspiring

Great thread here man. I have been watching this one for a long time and was there every step of the way back when you were originally doing the frame-off resto.
SAS looks great and I will be doing the same to mine at some point after I get my engine back from my friend (blew up a piston skirt in one of the cylinders).
For your issue of destroying studs, i would highly recommend the six shooter knuckles and king pin eliminator kit. My brother has been running those on his buggy for a long time and they have been bullet proof.
Congrats and keep up the great work.

Time to update this thread again. I've realized that I've been slacking on pictures, and thought I would post a few new ones. First some clean pre-wheeling shots.
One action shot, let my friend get behind the wheel.
I'm currently in the process of building an expedition trailer to take along for a better camping experience. Build thread is in the works.

Been a while since last update (again). I made a few changes to the truck. I added some DIY beadlocks, rear disc conversion, and driveline e-brake.
I also finished my camping trailer.I'll let the pictures do the talking...
New garage!
No more crawling on the floor.
Rear disc conversion
Camping trailer all set up.
