rim size?

Wheels are supposed to be stamped with the size, usually on the inside:

Well then a tape measure will do the trick, stick the tape through the holes in the wheel and eyeball the width. Just subtract ~1.5" - 2" from the outside to outside measurement in order to get the bead-bead (inside) width. So if your rims measure like 13.5" - 14" on the outside, they are likely 12" wide inside the beads.

How are we supposed to tell just by looking at a tiny picture. The picture isn't even the profile of the rim. We could probably give you some kind of estimate if we saw the profile. I agree with Wabbit.

I would venture to say 15x10 or 15x12 at most. That's a 13.50 tire on it, but it's hard to see sidewall profile.
(I just re-looked and saw that it's a 13.50...)
