French Toast Breakfast Sandwiches

Makes 2 sandwiches

French Toast:
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
4 slices French bread
1 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar

Honey Ham & Egg Filling:
4 Scrambled Eggs
1 cups deli sliced honey ham
3 slices provolone cheese

In a zip lock bag combine 2 eggs, milk, and cinnamon sugar. Dunk the bread into the wet mixture and cook. Next scramble together the honey ham and the remaining 4 eggs. When eggs are cooked, add provolone cheese to melt. Stack inside the French toast and serve.

You will have to snag some pictures of these creations when you are camping.
I am going camping this weekend too, but my grub will not be photo worthy
