We should have enough folks doing the medium run to go out on our own Yota run.

Hey Guys, if you have enough people for a run, you can go out as a group if you want, just let us know in camp before the drivers meeting. There will be a couple of tables set up for stuff including the sign up pages. I know that you guys are split with the Med/Hard run, so if you want to do your own thing, I am OK with it! Then you guys can leave whenever you want, just park together down the road so you are lined up together. We are going to assign people to their runs and give people different colored vinyl ribbons for their antennas so we stay within our groups..I am rambling...I am rambling......

Where's the meeting point for TTORA Saturday morning? Too lazy to read through that huge thread for the place.

This will be a great opportunity to have both organizations do a joint event together. We'll all be on the same trails (for the most part) and having a combined event would be even better for both organizations.

I have personally done some trail runs with the ttora guys and they're all abunch of great members that will only enhance the trail experience in Big Bear for us so we should all embrace this event and make it a big blast! We're going to have well over 50 Toyota's there so it'll be an exciting event!

Mikey, thanks for the heads up on the road closures. I'll be going up the 38 anyway so this doesn't affect me

So if 330 is closed, what is the route we have to take?
I've been going up there so long I don't even look at the fwy signs in the area. But I'm pretty sure I use 330.

Take the 38. It's a pretty smooth drive up to BB. It's kinda known as the back route as it's easier to go up since you can keep a pretty good speed all the way to BB.

That sucks about the 330...I lived up the 38 for a year in the Barton Flats area. It takes about 30 minutes longer if not more to get to BB from Mentone. Also because of the closure traffic will be a bitch

We may want to leave a bit earlier. I will have to coordinate with Ryan and Austin but I would like to roll out of SD no later than 2pm

Let me know what time you finalize on. I'm taking the day off and can leave whenever. The earlier the better. The earlier we get there the better chance we have of getting a spot at either Hanna or Serrano. Also, the Discovery Center will most likely close around 5:00pm and getting our APass on Friday might be a good call. I can also just as easily camp outside of a campground.
