Just a quick reminder that if you want to be in the Yotatech DvD, you'll need to meet us at the Discovery Center at 8am. This will ensure that we get a head start on Gold Mountain which everyone should be able to do if you have selected a medium run. There are bypasses if you wish to take em so fear not we'll make sure everyone that joins us get filmed accordingly.

After Gold Mountain, we'll split up into two groups and hopefully catch the rest of the TTORA crew on either White Mountain or John Bull. I'm not sure of their trail schedule so I'll have to find that information out but hopefully they'll be able to get back to me on that info. Eric, you think you can get in touch w/ the TTORA staff on this?

We will attempt a Saturday night run after the dinner with everyone if possible. If we get enough interest, we'll give that a whirl. Sunday will be a combined thing so this should all be an awesome get together.

Thanks!

Sounds good.

So it seems some of YotaTech guys will hit up a hard run after the medium one. My buddy Matt from TTORA is in for both, I don't think he's posted here. Lance, do you have any preference for a hard trail after the medium trail? I think you've done both Holcomb and John Bull.

John Bull was rad, but I'd like to try Holcomb too sometime

I really don't have a preference besides John Bull being accessed right in the vicinity of Gold Mountain. I'm open for other trails which we can lock down soon. Either way I'm open for suggestions

So who is heading up Friday? I took that day off as well and would like to meet up with the SD or any YT guys since I think they are caravanning it...maybe somewhere at the bottom of the 38 or around Big Bear Blvd who knows haha. I'm coming from Long Beach by the way. Roll call for Friday...

I think I'm gonna be heading up the late show on Fri. I don't get off of work until 6pm and then have to pick up my daughter before heading out.

At least I'll miss any traffic

I know someone should be up when I get there though, there always is.

Lance I absolutely can take care of this. Darrin has been scanning this thread here every so often so perhaps he can chime in before I get to him.

As for the Friday night thing Pat. Tanto(Ryan) Austin, and maybe a few others are heading up Fri afternoon.

So there should be someone up there when you get there. If not just hang out with the TTORA guys you met with us at Miller Heep Trail a few months ago. Good guys. They have pretty good directions to the camp sites and they usually do a good job at putting our signs at the turns on the way there.

If you know someone with a trailer we could pull your truck and you could sleep in the bed (and still have room for your possible co-pilot).

Hey Lance, you are allowed to ask me any questions, I think I know most of the answers! I am pretty positive that none of the runs will be on a strict schedule. If you all do Gold Mountain, you can easily get to Bull after. The beginning of Bull is literraly 5 minutes from where we are camping. Adn I have heard that Bull is much easier now since they have worked on it this summer. That would be a great run for most of you.....Gold then Bull, Dinner, then Bull again if you want. Holcomb is a good 15-20 minutes on 3n16 from camp. Any other questions, ask me!................Darrin Walker

No reservations as far as camping, and if you are running with this group, then no need to sign up for the runs, but it is nice to tell us if you are eating with us so we know how much grub to buy!

Let me know what time as we get closer. Depending on if the boys are going up much later I'd like to cruise with you. Would very much like to get up there before dark and also to secure some camping. If we do head up early we should consider getting spots for others.
