Quite the opposite my friend... Unless you were breaking diffs!? I have always heard CVs get more wear/tear with lockers but I could be wrong I guess it all comes down to your right foot...

oh well i mean as far as stronger gears at least. last time i broke the front diff spider gears out there. i've learned my lessons tho about the right foot/wheel spin. especially now with the front arb, i keep it it as light as i can

within the scope of the lifted and locked trails, how does john bull compare to the rest of them?

Well I had the honor of riding in Bruces rig on a John Bull night run and although I could not see everything (it was dark) it was a nut buster. Maybe it seemed that hard because I couldn't see the terraint hat well.

Bruce was bouncing his Runner off the frame on rocks with a broken rear shock. He made it without much trouble but it tooa bit of a beeting.

I always enjoy Gold Mtn. It has some fun little climbing switchbacks, and the fun rock garden in the middle.

If I go, I will run it again.

Since most of the crew is running the medium i'll rock and roll here. For those still up there on Sunday let's try some hard trails as well. I've never ran big bear before this should be exciting.

I'm going to hold off on commitment to the trail level until I find out which trails are definitely being run by each group. I was expecting to have my new bullbar by now but it appears it is still some time away (Early Sept.)

Gold Mtn is easy but is in the Medium run. I want to do Holcomb again but that was put into the Hard category. I don't believe I can do John Bull without significant body protection and that's in the Hard group too.

Mark, I wouldn't too much about which one to run. I'd say just show up and then we'll figure out which way the group goes. Depending on which one they do first, you may be able to do the holcomb part and then split off when we enter john bull. Either way, I know you'll have fun
