It keeps up like it is and we will have mud any where we go. This was from Cohassett last sunday.

nothing super thick but it was fun and there was lots of it. this storm we got yesterday hammered up there.
Fairy found some other cool locations as well like the barney riley so he may have more of an idea of what he wants to do. I am fairly down for anything. I do know if i do not take my wife and kid camping this weekend I may have to sleep in a cold bed next week. I am still down for camping the 11th and then wheeling the 12th and 13th

lets get some more input from other members about where they would like to go on the weekend of the 12th.
i like johns plans, its pretty nice out there, and two days of wheeling would turn out good.

Im not sure if you guys have heard about Eagle Meadows or Niagra OHV trail or not, but its up here on highway 108 about 40 miles from Sonora. Its got hundreds of miles of trails ranging from paths to crazy technical 4x4 trails. in some places on it people come from all over the country to compete in 4x4 competitions there. so theres a little something for everyone. the gates still closed but its gonna open soon, theres only like 2 1/2 feet of snow on some parts. the altitude is only at 6000 ft.
Its just an idea. Im game to go anywhere since I already got the weekend off for work

I am down to go most anywhere as long as I'll make it through in one piece. I think it would be a shame to cancel since some people have taken days off for a trip. The photos of the last trip looked like a fun area with the creek crossings and stuff.

I know I am really bummed I was looking forward to it a lot. We definitely need to find an alternate date for the trip. July 10 or 17 would work great for me, as long as its not a holiday. but we definitely cant just bail on the 12-13 date either!

Tried to find images of the Ponderosa Way from the Cohassett side. but not much luck. Think logging road with mud holes and pot holes for a ways. the road was created by the army corps a long time ago. much of the road narrow. Where I would liek to camp is next to Mill Creek So if we go bring your fishin pole. We would be going the opposite way out from last years trip.

it would take almost a day to get to that spot via Cohassett and then the peligreen the next day...
