I drive the whole thing all the time. its loads of fun, perfect trails for everyone. the only thing i'm worried about now is snow, I got to work today and there was 4 inches of snow, and that was at 5500 feet. so I guess I'll see how it is up there. I'll see if I can find some pics also for you guys. The 4runners getting the locker installed on monday, so I'll just have to see how far my mom's sequoia can mob up there since thats all I got lol

You better 35% those sure does make that runner sexy. now just gotta get rid of that steel skirt up front and the plastic on the rear.

As far as the trail goes I am down for Stockwells trail if the snow is relatively gone. Nothing worse than slushy snow thats 2ft deep. we would spend all day in recovery instead of having fun. The only thing I do not care for is that, by the looks of it, we would have to come out the same trail we went in.

hahaha I will sit back and watch that your only about an inch taller than me and that wouldn't have helped last time I was in the snow. I was stuck-stuck in about 2ft and had to winch myself in a 3 way turn around

Nice pictures Stockwell. Definitely need an update on snow levels. My Cousin from mariposa had to check levels at 6900ft for NFS and there was 5ft. be interesting to see what the difference is

Ok I did not go down into the peligreen but I did get some images of the area. Fairy and Spacejunk can vouch for the peligreen it self that we would be on on sunday. This is closer to what you would see on saturday.

None of it is really hard but there are some rocky spots, some steep spots, and some side hill stuff. Also lots of narrow road up there. The Peligreen itself is considered a moderate trail.

thing with that one is you can no longer cross the creek. supposedly there are signs posted. right now that creek would be rushing pretty hard from all the snow melt.

One of the crossings is still supposedly open from what I was reading. I would not be crossing either at this time of year. snow melt and all...
I am pretty jazzed about a run guys. regardless of where we need to get something set in stone the next 2 days so everyone can adjust for $$$ and anything else. Won't matter for me as I can't buy food or nothin till the 10th anyways lol.

its not surprising there is to much snow there. it was just another place to mention that had possibility. looks like it is not accessible.

im interesting if the pics that stockwell was going to get this weekend. then we can get a quick vote for between john's and stockwells ideas. I wont surprised if we will be headed north to me you John.

well the weather is warming up so snow will be melting but not sure if 12 days is enough for it to melt enough.
