I've lots of scratches on the truck due to very very narrow trails here in Spain.

I've smashed rear bumper due to that (And lose the mud flap):

My AC radiator was bored that summer, I broken the power antenna in a car wash.
I also broke the exhaust pipe, and later welded and trimmed it.

And I think that is all...

David

Front Driver CV axle going out.
Noisy and ticking engine.
Leaking Oil Pan.
Leaking Rear Main Seal.
Dent in the Rear Driver Side Below Window. (First dent is always the toughest)
Broken blinker housings in front.
Dented bumpers.

Gotta love it.

Won't start if it's really, really hot when I shut it off (probably bad starter, might be just the contacts.) I tend to drive it on errands where I don't shut it off, or I drive it a lot and let it sit for 8 hours (like to work.) If I drive it to the grocery store, I'll be turning the key and clicking for half an hour before I get rollin' again.

I had a CEL but I never pulled the code.

Last time I drove it I didn't have the CEL but now the damn thing is blowing EFI fuses, and won't run... so I'm mining the Yotatech knowledge mine to figure out what it might be. O2 sensor, maybe.

If I could only get it goin' I'd go up to Paragon and have some fun but I don't dare take it up there like this.

Only two things that I know of are wrong with the truck...
- backup lights don't work due to a wire that is broken
- the front mount for the driver's side of the bench seat has a broken away from the floor, just needs a couple of welds to fix it.

My '89 Toyota has been with my family since it was new and in the 170,000 mi. since all that has really been wrong with it was a faulty head gasket that was covered by a factory recall on the 3.0 V-6. Have had the bushings wear out on the shifter and have replaced a stolen tailgate. Right now the only thing wrong with it is the lever to push the seatback forward.

I just got a new upstream O2 sensor and I had my brakes done (majorly warped rotors)-you don't know how bad your brakes are until have new ones, amazing!
So nothing major.

-I have a broken leaf in the back, but its okay cause I want new leaf springs anyway.
-I'm told by my mechaninic that after they cleared the code for the o2sensor the system flashed a new one; Low enging temp, which translates to needing a thermostat. Will probably do that myself.

Nuttin else, 163K and runnin strong!
