Question Which Fuel Pressure Test Kit for 22R-22re ?

There are so many "Fuel Pressure Test Kits" now in the market...
Which of the inexpensive ones listed online will fit the needed connection at the Cold Start Injector mount?....

Looking for users of name brands that actually include the correct connector....

Thank you....

I'd use one first from the chain parts store tool loaner program. That way i know what works, and what doesn't.

Looks like you have a crack in the PCV closure tube to the PCV valve at the valve cover.

never done it, but after much reading i put this banjo bolt connector in my saved cart, years ago when it was $19... now $199(!) :-0 somebody has been hitting the pakalolo a bit too hard there

it looks like the harbor freight test kit has that connector in their $45 kit: https://www.harborfreight.com/basic-...kit-64939.html

the lce banjo bolt: https://www.lceperformance.com/Produ...saAjllEALw_wcB

but that's 1/8th npt, vs. standard 7/16-20 threaded schrader fitting on the ebay banjo bolt connector.

due to ongoing cold start issues, i want to permanently hook up a remote fuel pressure sender with the gauge in the truck, still trying to figure out the best approach... today i put a noid light on the on the cold start injector plug, looks like it's firing the injector, albeit briefly

I see cold start fuel injector mount gauge fittings for around $20 on Amazon and Ebay....and small gauges are another $30-45 ..but, yes, a sender would be the way to go....just screw it in where the gauge would go on the fuel rail and use an electric gauge in the cab....

After removing my bed 3 times now to replace a fuel pump, I am going to fender mount my next pump....

i saw a photo where someone cut a big access hole in the truck bed, just to get to the gas tank connections.

looks like my ebay link didn't go thru? try again: https://www.ebay.com/itm/251254996574

here are photos of that type of schrader valve banjo bolt hooked up to a toyota v6 engine: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...85/index2.html

sounds like the 1/8th npt version is what we want, and like you mentioned they can be purchased for much cheaper.

getting back to your original question, and correcting my mistake:

we need an m8x1.0 (fine thread) csi banjo bolt adapter, not the m12 version i had in my cart :-/ not sure why i did that

here is a thread that explains it, plus a post from someone who used the harbor freight fuel pressure tester, that has the correct size of banjo bolt adapter with the schrader connection: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...o-bolt-314066/

unfortunately that adapter doesn't have npt threads on the other end, and after a couple of hours of googling, i can't find anything that matches what lce has, most everything is m12 for honda fuel rails... i guess we'll have to pay the $33 to get it shipped.

there are cheap gauge options if ordering from china, for instance sender+gauge for around $35 or less.
