I drilled and tapped the end cap of the fuel rail, then soldered in a brass pipe elbow and screwed in a fuel pressure sender for a gauge on the dash:

Other option is to rig up an adapter (to mimic the Toyota SST) for the cold start injector and screw a fuel pressure gauge in there.
