Depends on how much trimming you want to do to the front fenders and firewall.
Personally, I think you need to spend your time and money cutting out and replacing the rusty sections of the frame. Make it driveable, wheelable, and inspectable, then worry about tires, etc.

They will fit. My junk has been running 32X10.50 Super Swampers for like 3 years with a 1.5" ball joint spacer, although the tires fit just fine before the spacer was installed. Those tires measure about 3/8" shorter than the BFG 33"s, but they're a bit wider. You'll have no problems.
I'm about to do a SAS, so I threw my new 36x12.50 Swampers on my junk with just the 1.5" BJ spacers and the factory torsion bar setting. It works fine on-road, but there isn't enough clearance like this for off-road.

They should fit.
However, every truck is different. My '94 and my '88 have NEVER had the torsion bars adjusted since they left the factory, but the '88 came with about 3/4" more "lift" on them than my '94.
I think the tires you're looking at would need some torsion bar cranking to fit on my '94, but I could guarantee they would fit my '88 (even without the BJ spacers that are currently on it.

Nope, they came black. They are "Cragar Soft 8" wheels that I got from Summit Racing. They were $157 for 4 rims, delivered to my house.

these are my old rims- american racing im givingg them w/ the tires to V RUNNER
im putting on big fender flares so ill probably be cutting out the fender rust. then i gotaa through in the new fuel pump through it on a trailor and bring it to my bosses yard, fix the rear crossmember, make a wood flat bed, repaint it and fix some exast leaks- all by the end of march when i can get my lisence. And thats all i got to do!
