I had the chance to score that whole grille/light setup, i was gunna do it but i was afraid itd look dumb. What do you think?

Dkemp.... name sounds familiar! Hmmmmmm ........ Anyway, NICE RIG! WOW, now that's a Cherry condition red/nice paint! The top came out good glossy more than dimpled..... Like it!

Was out in Brentwood at the "Last House on the Left" (it's a famous house at the top of Bundy, haha)... Thought I'd snap a shot while I loaded up to leave.......

Dkemp, your's looks pretty damn nice too. All the ones i see out here the red has faded horribly. Just keep up on the wax when it's not covered in mud.

 

I'll get some interior and bay shots up soon. I picked it up for a trade on my old 2wd trophy truck "look a-like" and $500. Not to bad to get an 87 4wd with 150000.

Yeah, it's FLAWLESS inside/outside/undercarriage. I wish mine was that clean too... but it's pretty clean, so I'm not upset or anything, haha.

There's another guy I've been trying to catch a shot of around here... He's got a TOTALLY original, original owner, 40K MILES!, Black SR5 85 Xtra Cab EFI PU! IT'S BEAUTIFUL condition.... like right out of the Back to the Future movie beautiful. I asked him once, "Would you sell it?" and like ALMOST EVERY guy I've asked with those around here... he responded, "NEVER!" ..... the ever common 'one word answer' with an almost offended look to go with it! haha.

 

MCAddict... I had those on my 86 lifted Beast too... and they're apparently hard to find now??? I know 4wheelparts stores used to have em, probably still do. And OF COURSE you can use Jeep ones... they're not MADE BY JEEP, never been on a jeep... and "Pssssst, who gives a rats rump, anyhow, right?" haha. Shhhh, don't tell anyone I said that! lol.
