Went back to "LO-PRO-REDRUM" status...... Cuz I woke up Christmas Day with a HUGE Screw in my Mudking on the rear passenger side..... And needed the rig for work, ....GRRR! lol....

So, I slapped the SR5 Alum. Rims back on with my still fresh 31x10.50 BFG's(maybe 4K on em)..... Decided to slap the "TOYOTA" mud flaps back on for now(one new one I picked up at PYP after my 32.8's ripped them out and in one case, 'OFF AND IN HALF' hahaha.... ) .....

Not a great pic, but had the camera with me on the last trip to stock up at the Store, Christmas Day....

I saw this on Craigslist a while back... Did you just buy it or were you trying to sell it?

picked up this CLEAN stock 1987 Pickup 2WD with the 5 speed (swapped out the 4 speed), a rebuilt 22R and a Japanese bed?! It's the new parts getter until the T4R is back up and operational. $4,000.00 with tons of extra parts, stoked. Would love to drop it. Going to put some Thrust rims or deep dish racing rims on there and paint the front grill black, tent the winders, throw some HID H4 headlights and clean up the tail lights. Already removed the rear bumper and have to fix the stereo system (add the Jaguar Alt, upgrade big three and throw my extra sub behind the seat, but it runs great. I love it.

Far as TRICKED OUT 2nd Gen PU's.....You should see some of the 40K$ rigs here in L.A., CA!(some 3rd Gens as well) haha.... 10K in sounds.... 5K in motor and Suspension.... ON AND ON, lol. One guy has an 99- LS1 motor and INSANE suspension in his 88 Extra Cab.... weighted bed, thing does burn outs into 4th gear and 115mph, .... top speed of 145+! hahaha.

Already nice.... can't wait to see what you do to it.

Thanks, bud! LOVE what you're doing to the ole beast, too! And YES, .... I 100% agree, these 1st Gen 4Runners/2nd Gen PU's.... (Even seen some REALLY clean mild lifted/decent tire'd 2nd Gen 4Runners) ...those wheels, I PERSONALLY FEEL, look best on them all(IF they're clean. When scuffed up or clear coat gone? Hmmmmm, lol)... It's a trip, to me, how WAY different they look, side by side, with another rim just like it that's painted black or even Stainless Gray, etc. I DON'T HATE THAT, for those who've painted them... I just think they're a really nice wheel how they came. Nicer than many stock rims of many other brand truck, ya know?

Best wishes with your work on the Ballistic-Blueberry, buddy!

Lots of nice trucks here! Chef, your runner makes me miss my 86.

I took a drive the back way up Sandia peak today. I pulled out 2 stuck trucks on my way up.
