92 v6 5 sp 145,000km (78ish k miles )

just ran through a full tank and it got me 370km, or 20l per 100km

just wondering where the other 2 cylinders are located for my v8

I should note that there was 10 days of short trips in there sub 2km each way from work and back.. which is probably why its so bad

94 T100 auto 3vze 31 10.50 15s stock suspension. 456 gears. stock everything except CAT MIA and open muffler(needs replaced)

Just got the truck in January for a steal and had to rebuild motor. with 4000 miles on new top end (bottom was still in spec!)

I get about 20-21 hwy driving if i'm not fighting the wind. with a few city miles thrown in. at about 60-65 MPH.

only get 18-19 if I have hauling/town/highway miles. also I take off easy to save gas lol. also I always have about 300-500 lbs of gear with me at all times.

Man I wish I'd known about the oversize valves when I did them!!!

New to toyotas but always wanted one!

95 4runner 3.0 5spd 4x4 198xxx miles, Manual Hubs, BJ Spacers/Cruiser Coils. 255 85 R 16 Toyo MTs. I commute 54 miles each way to work on the highway, set my cruise control at 63. I get between 17-18 mpg consistently. Not bad for what it is.

Ok, so I finished jetting my carb. With 22RE carbureted, 5spd, 31x10.5x15R (32psi), manual hubs, overhead lights, tailgate up(lol), goin easy around 40 with some town and stop and go highway, I got 21.4mpg. And I just did a short highway trip and estimated 25. Much better!

Ive been getting about 17 mpg with mixed highway/city driving on my 273k mile 3VZE. Just replaced my 02 sensor, put synthetic in the diffs and a manual hub swap so hopefully it will rise a little.

Lol, sound funny doesn't it. Ya, one of the previous owners put a carbureted manifold on a remanufactured RE block. So the result is a 22RE carbureted engine. It runs great once you get the carburetor tuned up.

the bottom end of a 22re is exactly the same as a 22r.

^ Well very close anyway. The block is actually shorter and taller and the ports are slightly different, but other than that they are the same engine.
