13-15 MPG up a mountain to work every day
23+ highway.

Rhinoliner; my 88' 5 speed 4 runner setup sounds a lot like yours, 'cept the 32's. I've got the tweaked heavier torsion bars( I think Rough Country's), addaleafs, and ranchos. Plus I added 2 , 12 x2.5 inch springs under the back bumps, to raise up the asssag. for the 32's did you get any rubbing, did you do any cutting?
By the by, my last mileage check, with that setup, plus stock size all terrains, was 15.2 gallons, and went 312 miles. That is about exactly 20mpg, on mixed driving. However, I keep my 4 runner loaded down with 3-38 gallon igloos, filled with tools, liquids, wiring, more tools, gas, straps, etc. I'd say an extra 200lbs, maximum, at all times.
I expect even more though, I am riding on tires that are at least 10 years old, from the origional owner, and am about to get a new set. Hopefully an extra 2 mpgs, on a new set of boots.

I have had my truck about 4 months now about 3000 miles
87 Sr5 4x4 xtra cab, 22re with a 5 speed and a shell, stock, except for 31x10.5/15 on stock rims.
uncorrected MPG has avg 22.5 60% highway/40% city, all around the Houston area
best was 23.5 worst 19 (wife with her lead foot)

wife's 02 Double Cab 4x4 3.4L supercharged 265/70/16
wife driving 16 city / 19 highway
me 19 city /20-21 highway
unless going through west Texas, then around 16 mpg - 80MPH speed limit doen't help gas mileage when the supercharger was to be boosting all the time.

rangerruck; The only thing I had to cut when I put them on was a little bit of the plastic inner fender near the doors. Now that I lifted the rear up to get rid of the sag, I didn't have to grrr. I am going to be tweaking my torsion bars here shortly, to try and get some more clearance out of the IFS. The only other rubbing I get is if the front is flexed and I have to cut the wheel hard, it just barely rubs the sway bar. Other than those couple of things its good. I used newer Taco rims. The tires are also 32x11.5xr15 too.

Coops2k; Hello to another Houston arear homie. If you see this heap, it is
mine. Look about just shy of halfway down this page/

You know, it is amazing just how much better gas mileage the 4x2's, whether standard or auto tranny, gets. As opposed to the 4x4's, even though they are driven primarily in 4x2 mode.

I posted back when I first got my truck, but for some reason my MPG went up.

I used to get 300km/tank, now I get over 400km/tank lol. Only mod I have done if the Zuk Coil mod, don't think thats what did it, but it did lol.

My gas milage got a little better when I took off the Magnaflow straight-through muffler and put a stock setup back on minus the header. Solid 18-19 mpg city, up from 15-17 mpg.

makes sense se7; the straight through was causing your computer to up the richness proly. and for other dude; maybe when you did the Zuk mod,
your aerodynamics improved, and that lets you get bett mpgs? whadya think?
