My "New" Toyota & Build Up (SLOWWW)

Hey everyone hows it goin? Im from British Columbia, Canada. i just resently bought myself a 1983 Toyota 4x4 Truck. I am new to Toyota all together, right now i own a 1995 Chevrolet Silverado 1500HD, its got a 3'' lift with 33'' tires, and i found this 1983 Toy for $400. of course i couldnt pass this deal up lol i have always wanted an old Toy with a solid front for the longest time. the Bad news about this truck is that the frame is rusted out, BUT i know where i can get myself a 1979 Toyota 2WD frame in amaizing shape for FREE so what im going to do is take the body off this frame and throw it on that one but before i do im going to wire wheel it and paint the frame or rhino line the frame and do a 2'' body lift and add chevy leafs in the rear and throw the current rear leafs up front and look for some 33'' mud terrains. the motor in the Toy is a 22R. so it should be fine. if any of you guys have any input that would be great!! thanks. hope to be on here alot!

hey yeah i know the options are endless. im actually picking up the truck after friday. i am as excited as a 5 year old on christmas day! lol and for $400 how can you go wrong..heres a pic for you guys ...

the box is shot but that will be coming off and it will either be getting a flat deck or a custom tube deck. i plan on giving this thing atleast 5-6 inches of lift but i want as much articulation as possible lol

im not sure where your fram is rusted out but i know typically it is between the gas tank and frame rail. i would recomend that you also replace all the steal break lines wile you have it appart they can become weak and break when you least exspect it. i personaly have not had this problem but have heard and seen trucks after it has happened. you may also think about adding wheel liners to the truck. mine rusted out both front body mounts due to mud getting stuck around em. you said your truck is an SR5 so i would say pull your carpet and make sure it hasnt already started rusting.
