I have 1988 4runner. My key for the doors is single slot.

My key for ignition is double slot.

What year Toyota does my Ignition Key is from? I need a replacement. I want to get oem Toyota key. A part number would be great.

Thank you to all yotatechers! awesome site.

It's not an 86, mine has one slot.

Maybe an 89? Could it be from a different model Toyota..like a Carolla or something.

I appreciate all the assistance. It looks like from 1994 Toyota Truck.

THANK YOU!

They were on ebay for a while, I cant find the exact one I bought now..I got it about 3 or 4 years ago so you can see the age lol. But, they have them listed now for 88+ trucks. Just make sure you take it to a cutter that knows what their doing..ACE hardware almost lost it.

I also got a 1" black trd lanyard to go with it.
