2002 4runner front drivers door, electric window and door lock have dropped down into panel what caused this and can I fix rather than taking to shop?

 

The window switches are usually attached to the panel from behind with screws. It sounds like either the screws have come loose or the attachment points have broken or stripped. Either one can usually be fixed relatively easily.
Check our FSM (factory shop manual) links for your runner, and you'll be able to find out how best to get access to the area. You may be able to pull the cover plate or you may have to pull the whole inner door panel off IDK I'm not familiar with the 02 runners.
